At a meeting of the [[C.A.L.F.]|Cowford Astra-Luna Foundation] , their president proposes a trip to the moon. After addressing some dissent, the astronomers agree to the plan and approach Professor Von Ahrent to build and run the facility. The facility was built and a space capsule in the shape of a bullet was as well, and a huge cannon to shoot it into space. This cannon resides at the Cecil Aerodrome and Moon Shot Cannon Center on the West Side of town. This facility is strictly in the control of one Professor Von Ahrent who has a vast array of warehouses for his import export business dealing with worldly and Venutian / Martian wares and curiosities.
